PROOF / ENGINEERING IN THE DETAILS CORE PRODUCT SYSTEMS
Proof, not adjectives. A polished screen earns attention. Explicit rules, tested boundaries and explainable decisions earn trust.

SignalDesk
PROBLEM Feedback and decision context were scattered across channels.
PRODUCT A shared workspace to capture, qualify and act on customer feedback.

Product analytics and account health
PulseOps
PROBLEM Raw product events gave teams no reliable priority or action path.
PRODUCT An analytics platform that turns events into explainable account health.
TECHNICAL CHALLENGE Authenticated ingestion, event-level idempotence and traceable aggregations. DEEP DIVE CASE 03

HOW THE WORK MOVES
I enter before the brief is clean. I stay after the screen looks finished. Three moments, one continuous product conversation. 01 / 03 BEFORE CODE
CLARIFY Find the smallest useful proof. I identify the user, the decision to make easier, the operational constraints and the smallest vertical slice that can prove value.
USER / DECISION / CONSTRAINT 02 / 03 DURING THE BUILD
CONNECT Build the whole chain together. Interface states, server behavior and data boundaries evolve in the same loop. Tradeoffs stay visible while change is still inexpensive.
INTERFACE / API / DATA 03 / 03 BEFORE RELEASE
PROVE Make confidence part of delivery. I test critical journeys, permissions, errors, performance and accessibility, then document the decisions the next person will inherit.

WHAT TEAMS GET
I translate complexity without diluting it. Every technical choice has a product consequence. I make both sides visible enough to discuss.

ABOUT / AICHA ABOUTINE PARIS, FRANCE
One developer, from problem to proof. I start with the business problem, then connect interface, data and rules until the product can be verified. That approach comes from working in finance, accounting and operations, where I learned to spot friction, manual follow-up and information lost between tools. Automating those workflows led me to full-stack development, where I now turn that complexity into clearer product journeys.

WHAT I CAN OWN
I can own more than the interface. Each layer is connected to a real product proof, not a list of services.
01 / 04 FRAME
01 PRODUCT / SCOPE / FLOWS
FRAME Turn ambiguity into a product decision. I turn a fuzzy request into a smaller promise worth shipping: one user, one decision and one measurable definition of useful.
02 BACKEND / API / AUTH
BUILD Build the system behind the interface. I connect frontend behavior to APIs, persistence and access rules so the product remains coherent beyond the screen.
03 DATA / RULES / TIME
MODEL Make data carry the business rules. I model events, state and time so product behavior stays explainable when workflows become complex.
04 TESTING / ERRORS / INTEGRITY
PROVE Test the paths trust depends on. I verify transactions, deadlines, permissions and failure behavior where a silent error would break the product promise.
